 Can I return an item that I purchased online?  

Made in. issues refunds for all products in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Unless the return is a result of our error, shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the item and determine that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.

How quickly will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (unless an item is on backorder or pre-order). We will notify you by email if one or more of your items are temporarily unavailable.

Why pre-order?

We are pre-ordering some items at this time since we are still a young company and we want to be sure that we are meeting your demands. 

Why are you charging me immediately for my pre-Order?

Creating and manufacturing new products is expensive. As a young company, being able to use the revenue from your pre-order to pay for things as we make them helps us reduce risk and helps ensure that we deliver the best possible product and customer service to you.

When will I receive my pre-ordered item?

We do our best to ensure that pre-ordered items are shipped as soon as possible after meeting our minimum ordering requirements from our printer. 

What are my shipping options?

Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail and Standard Post options, all via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not export our products at this time.
